EIGHT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE NEW PRESIDENT GENERAL OF UMUOGO PROGRESSIVE UNION (F)


Engr. Austine Uchenna Stephen was elected President General of Umuogo  Progressive Union (F) in a keenly contested election held on the 28th December, 2022 at Umuogo civic hall.

He replaces Elder Emma Okpechi

Here are eight things  to know about him.

1.) He was born on  21st September, 1980


2. He attended Government College, Umudike

3. ) He graduated from University of Port Harcourt with Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering

4. ) He had a stint with NNPC, Port Harcourt before establishing his own company, NASCIV Resources

5. ) He is a member  and stakeholder of PDP ward B

6. ) He once contested for a ticket to represent Umuahia South State Constituency under the PDP

7. ) He is a  Special Adviser to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.


8. ) He was awarded with Ubakalascope Public Service Personality of Year 2016 Award during the 4th Anniversary of the media outfit.

WHEN UBAKALA IMPROVEMENT UNION, LAGOS CELEBRATED CULTURAL DAY

Amidst fun and funfair, Ubakala indigenes in Lagos celebrated this year Cultural Days The occasion, which was held at No 1, Osawa Drive, Okata, saw Ubakala residents in Lagos as well as their friends and well wishers from all walks of life trooped in their numbers to grace the occasion Among those in attendance were Bar. Chris Ezem, the SSG Abia State, who came all the way from Abia State, Engr.
